Rundown Patch from 3M.
The Rundown Patch is used for protecting a horse's fetlock point from rundown burns. It is made from a tough, flexible polyurethane film. It is designed to be used with VetRap™ Bandaging Tape or 3M™ Equisport™ Equine Support Bandage. It should never be placed directly on the skin. Each pack brings four, 3" circle pads.
