Adapt Holding with HA s an embryo holding media in a non-refrigerated, non-animal origin formulation. It is designed to provide an environment closely resembling that of the uterus for maintaining embryos in an air atmosphere at temperatures from 18-25oC, for up to 9 hours. Embryos should be recovered from the flushing solution and transferred to a covered petri dish containing Adapt Holding. Embryos can be held at room temperature for up to 9 hours or up to 20 hours at 4ºC. Embryos can be transferred using a straw containing Adapt Holding. This product is a replacement for the Syngro Holding media and does NOT require refrigeration. Each pack contains 5 vials, each containing 7ml of holding media.
