30 day Money back Guarantee and Return policy on all unused/unopened products(certain restrictions and exclusions apply).

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving, please write to us at sales@allveterinarysupply.com or call us to receive an RA #. This RA # must be clearly written on the return package. Once item is received by us, we will issue a refund to whichever method of payment was used for the original purchase. We issue refunds for the original purchase price less any shipping charges that may apply. If the item(s) being returned had free shipping, a fee of $5-$10 will be deducted from your refund. This covers our original shipping costs. The exact amount to be deducted is determined by the item being returned. You must receive an RA # before returning product. Merchandise returned without RA numbers will not be accepted and customers will not receive refunds for these. Items must be returned in original manufacturer packaging, new, unused, unmarked and in re-sellable condition in order to receive a credit.Also, refunds for any order returned by the carriers for "bad address", "undeliverable address" or any other reason will be refunded once the product is received back at our warehouse. The shipping costs may or may not be refunded depending on the reason the order was returned.


There will be NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS ON ANY PRODUCT.

ALSO, THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLWING:
• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR SPECIAL ORDER QUANTITIES.
• PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
• PRODUCTS REQUIRING REFRIGERATION.
• ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT SUCH AS ELECTROJACS, ULTRASOUNDS, CATTLE WEIGHING SYSTEMS, NEBULIZERS, MICROSCOPES, POWER FLOATS, MICROCHIP READERS AND X-RAY UNITS, ELECTRIC DEHORNORS AND ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT.
• SUPPLEMENTS AND OTC MEDS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND DO NOT COME WITH A SEAL FROM THE MANUFACTURER.

Damaged Products must be reported to carriers and All Veterinary Supply within 72 hours of receiving: UPS:800-742-5877, FedEx:800-Go-FEDEX. and All Veterinary Supply 305-599-6125. Please take pictures of the damaged products, both individually and all together, along with the shipping package. Send these to sales@allveterinarysupply.com along with order number.

Incomplete/Incorrect orders must be reported to All Veterinary Supply at sales@allveterinarysupply.com or 305-599-6125 within 48 hours of delivery. Missing/Lost orders must be reported within 30 days from the order date.

Please allow 7-14 days for credits to appear on your credit card or paypal account. Credit for returned items will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
